GOLD COAST WATERFRONT MANSION SOLD @ A $10 MILLION DISCOUNT
A GOLD Coast business man has bought the so called 'dud" mansion' of Internet tycoon Daniel Tzvetkoff for $17 million - the same house sold last year for around a reported $28 million dollars- Thats a $10 million discount on what the beachfront home was bought for last year.
Receivers took control of the failed internet founders home of Mr Tzvetkoff's four-block half-built mega-mansion on Hedges Avenue in August.
The home, is said to be at least $500,000 from completion, this same house had also had problems with the original owner losing the house to a mortagee.
